... In 1981 God placed them in the middle of an area where there were only a few Christians, hungry for God's Word. Most of the people were adherents to the traditional religion and were struggling with alcohol and drug addictions, broken families and great poverty. It was like going back a hundred years in time; no water, electricity or convenience. Eventually they opened a rescue mission and began to work with people in many different areas of the huge reservation. Today youth groups and church work teams answer the call for "laborers in the harvest", building churches and repairing buildings and doing VBS, open air services, and whatever is needed in the huge mission field of the American Indians. Some send gifts for needy families for Christmas and others spend time in prayer for the many needs.

"Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our "God is a consuming fire. Keep on loving each other as brothers. Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some people have entertained angels without knowing it. Remember those in prison as if you were their fellow prisoners, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering. " Hebrews 12:28-13:3 (NIV)
